Upgraded my 2023 Epiphone SG Special with Dylan Talks Tone P90 Soap Bar set and upgraded the wiring harness with a Tone Man Guitar upgrade kit. Also I upgraded the nut with a Tusq XL nut. Plus the finishing touch a new pickguard. All together its like a totally new guitar. It sounds amazing, I'm very happy with these pickups.
I've had these soapbar pickups for about a year at least and They deliver what I like to hear from a vintage p 90.Ive owned a 56 gibson archtop with a p 90 in it and this pu is very similar with a little more "clarity" and slightly "tighter" low end to my ears. these pickups are installed on a Jim Adkins thinline tele w 24 3/4 scale glued in maple neck ash body. In this guitar they do what you'd expect from a les paul special and are chunky and articulate clean or dirty. I'm very happy with the soapbars and would recommend them for a great p90 vintage sound.... thanks

P90's have become my favorite pickup. I recently got a Squier Strat-O-Sonic that comes with two P90's. The stock pickups are actually pretty nice, to my surprise. But I knew there was room for improvement. I have been watching Dylan's YouTube channel for a while and thought this was a great opportunity to support his channel and company. Every builder thinks their P90's are best, so I watched some independent reviews and they were glowing with praise as I kind of expected. So I bought a set of Dylan's P90's. I installed them today and I am so glad that I did. The guitar sounds amazing with Dylan's P90's. Even the middle position push/pull pot tones of serial pickups and out of phase sound better and are more usable that the stock pickups. One minor hiccup. I am a hobbyist, but I do work on my own guitars, so this was not the first time that I have swapped out pickups. The QR code that was sent with the pickups to get to the wiring diagrams no longer works. It appears that the web site is gone. Not a big deal to me, but others may need those diagrams.
