1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by DylanTalksTone (“Sponsor”), 335 Taylor Circle, Grovetown, Georgia 30813.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is not open to residents of jurisdictions where the Sweepstakes would be prohibited or would require registration, bonding, licensing, or other regulatory requirements that Sponsor has not satisfied.

Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Sept 1 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Sept 30 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

A. Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry for each whole U.S. dollar spent in a qualifying transaction at DylanTalksTone.com.

Entries are calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping, handling, and returned or refunded merchandise. Fractional dollar amounts are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

Returned, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, or refunded purchases do not qualify for entries, and entries associated with such transactions may be removed.

A maximum of 1,500 total entries per person is permitted during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of entry method or number of transactions.

B. Alternate Method of Entry — Mail-In Entry

To enter without making a purchase, neatly hand-print your:

• Full legal name

• Complete mailing address

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Date of birth

on a plain 3-inch-by-5-inch card.

Place the completed card in a standard business-size envelope bearing sufficient postage and mail it to:

The entry card and envelope must both be handwritten by the entrant.

No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, commercially produced, or mass-produced entries are permitted.

Each valid mail-in request will receive 1,500 entries, equal to the maximum number of entries permitted per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one mail-in request per person and mailing address. Each request must be mailed individually. Multiple requests mailed in one envelope are void.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 10-30-26 and received by Sponsor no later than November 4, 2026

A purchase is not required to obtain the maximum number of entries.

5. Entry Limit

Maximum 1,500 entries per person regardless of entry method or combination of entry methods.

Any entries exceeding the maximum may be void.

Sponsor may disqualify entries reasonably determined to have been obtained through fraud, automation, manipulation, false information, multiple identities, or other attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Customized Squier Paranormal In a Case 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1500

The prize is awarded as-is and without substitution by the winner.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

No cash alternative is available except at Sponsor's discretion.

Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other expenses not specifically included in the prize description.

7. Winner Selection

Following the Sweepstakes Period and after eligible mail-in entries have been received and processed, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The random drawing will occur on or about October 7 2026

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility and may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and prize-release documentation.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 24hrs, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing.

The prize will not be awarded until eligibility has been verified.

9. Delivery of Prize

Sponsor will arrange delivery or shipment of the prize to the verified winner within the United States.

Sponsor is responsible for standard delivery or shipping unless otherwise stated.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or incorrect information supplied by the winner.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries fraudulently, violates these Official Rules, or interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any action taken under this section will be designed to preserve, to the extent reasonably possible, the fairness and integrity of the Sweepstakes.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's name, city, and state and to use photographs or video voluntarily provided or created in connection with delivery of the prize for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Disputes

To the extent permitted by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

14. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill the prize, prevent fraud, and otherwise as described in Sponsor's privacy policy.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages where separate consent is required by law.

15. Winner Information

After the winner has been verified, Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state on DylanTalksTone.com and/or DylanTalksTone social channels, subject to applicable law.

16. Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's agreement to these Official Rules.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
