Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, here's what you need to know:

Eligibility for Returns

  • The pickups you are returning must be in as-new condition not altered or damaged in any way—and shipped to us with all original retail packaging. Any signs of alteration, damage or abuse to the pickups—including, but not limited to scratches, steel wool in/on pickup, stripped screws, etc.—may void the exchange policy altogether.
  • Original packaging is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Solder-in parts
  • Any parts installed
  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom-order items

Return Process

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Pickups returned for a refund, or cancelled while the order is being processed, are subject to a 10% processing fee, to be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Partial Refunds

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  • Contact your bank for further information.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at dylan@dylanpickups.com, and we will send you additional shipping details.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift giver had it shipped to themselves or did not indicate that it was a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
